Fix the Flavor
Sour
Steep longer. 12 hours is minimum, 18 is ideal for most beans.
Bitter
Grind coarser. Silt causes bitterness; improve your filtration.
Weak
Increase coffee weight. Cold brew needs massive amounts of coffee.
