Mix Thoroughly

Stir until every ground is wet. Dry spots are wasted money.

Slow extraction pulls chocolate notes without hot-water acidity.

Filter Twice

Use paper for clarity or mesh for richness. Paper keeps it crisp.

Dilute 1:1

You made concentrate. Mix with milk or water to reach balance.

Fix the Flavor

Sour

Steep longer. 12 hours is minimum, 18 is ideal for most beans.

Bitter

Grind coarser. Silt causes bitterness; improve your filtration.

Weak

Increase coffee weight. Cold brew needs massive amounts of coffee.
